1960 Family Practice offers a Diabetes Self-Management and Education Program, the newest addition to the many resources we make available to our patients at 1960 Family Practice, PA. The program is designed to teach you how to manage your blood sugar, how to avoid diabetic complications, and to teach you methods of weight reduction. The overall goal is to help you achieve a healthier lifestyle.

The classes are covered by Medicare and most insurance companies; however you will be responsible for any copays or coinsurance that you would typically pay for an office visit with the physician.
